Job Description:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns with a positive attitude and prompt solutions
• Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately using professional phone etiquette
• Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information in hotel management systems
• Support guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
• Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled, including balancing accounts and preparing reports
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
