Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist

Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a professional vehicle wrap and graphics shop.

The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our customers, creating a welcoming experience while helping keep the shop organized and communicating customer needs with the installation team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Check customers in and assist with vehicle drop-offs and pickups
• Answer phone calls, texts, and customer inquiries
• Communicate customer requests, questions, and concerns clearly with the shop and installation team
• Use Square POS to process payments, invoices, and customer checkouts
• Schedule appointments and help coordinate customer drop-off and pickup times
• Review completed work with customers and make sure any questions or concerns are communicated to the appropriate team member
• Keep customer information and paperwork organized
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk/customer area
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
• Help keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles when needed
• Take photos or document vehicles/work when necessary
• Assist the team with other front-office tasks as needed
• Create social media content for our Instagram and Facebook

Qualifications:

• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy shop environment
• Comfortable using computers, phones, and basic software
• Previous experience with Square POS, scheduling, or customer service is a plus
• Automotive, detailing, or vehicle wrap experience is preferred but **not required**
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through
• Must be comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
