Membership Sales Representative – Fitness Club

NYC Fitness Club, a busy and growing fitness facility in Brooklyn, is looking for a motivated, friendly, and outgoing Membership Sales Representative to join our team.

We are looking for someone with sales experience, strong communication skills, and good computer skills who enjoys working with people and helping customers find the right membership.

Responsibilities

• Sell gym memberships and meet weekly sales goals
• Follow up with prospective members and leads
• Provide excellent customer service
• Give tours of the facility and explain membership options
• Answer phone calls, emails, and customer questions
• Use computer systems for membership and sales-related tasks
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Comfortable speaking with new customers
• Basic computer skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Open availability preferred
• Previous fitness/gym experience is a plus

Compensation

$17/hour + bonuses/commission
