Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms.
• Handle reservations, modifications, cancellations, and inquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints, demonstrating strong customer service problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and special requests while adhering to hotel procedures.
• Support emergency procedures and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to guarantee guest security.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued.
• Proficiency with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management software (PMS).
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse guests effectively.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest safety protocols essential for maintaining a secure environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism.
• Experience with night audit procedures or resort operations is advantageous but not required.
