Part-time Groundskeeper

Overview

Part-time groundskeeper needed to maintain an apartment complex. Flexible hours and pay.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of property three days per week, collecting debris or trash around property and dumspters.
• Perform groundskeeping tasks including mowing, edging, and spraying of weeds.
• Operate landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment such as power tools, chainsaws and trimmers, safely and efficiently
• Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of soil, mulch, plants, and equipment to support landscaping projects

Qualifications

• Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including lawn care and gardening practices
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to grounds maintenance tasks
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
