What they need
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds/ Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our outdoor space and ensuring the overall upkeep of our property.
Duties .
- Pick up trash on grounds daily
- Maintain and enhance the appearance of the property including grounds, building entrances and walkways.
- Maintain the common areas in all buildings
- Assist maintenance personnel with various tasks.
- Break down units for painting, put units back together
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
