Overview

We are seeking a multi faceted self starter to assist customers, take orders over the phone as well as assist with various tasks in the store. This energetic role is perfect for individuals who thrive in lively environments and enjoy engaging with customers. As a valued team member, you will assist with various store operations, ensuring a smooth and cheerful shopping experience for all visitors. This paid position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team. Schedule would be Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am-5pm. Extra availability is required leading up to Thanksgiving and Christmas. Computer proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their holiday shopping experience
• Assist with merchandise stocking, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Support checkout processes by operating cash registers accurately and efficiently
• Help customers locate products and answer questions about store offerings
• Take flower orders over the phone and process incoming internet orders.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around comfortably for extended periods
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Enthusiasm for the holiday season and creating joyful experiences for shoppers
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and store policies diligently

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
