What they need
About the role
This is a cooking position at a home in Tropicana. You will prepare daily meals for 2 adults and an infant, including lunch service and dinner preparation to finishing stage. No housekeeping or childcare duties are required.
Key responsibilities
- Cook and serve lunch for 2 adults
- Prepare dinner to finishing stage, so it can be finished and plated easily
- Prepare separate infant meals – unsalted, texture-appropriate, batch-portioned and labelled for fridge/freezer
- Plan meals and menus weekly
- Prepare a menu plan for the following week
- Provide a consolidated grocery list
About you
- Good Malaysian, Asian and European home cooking
- Comfortable preparing healthy everyday meals
- Able to prepare infant food, including appropriate ingredients, textures, allergens and safe food storage
- Good food hygiene practices
- Able to share 3–5 of food pictures you have personally cooked and a sample one-week menu
