Part-Time Hotel Front Desk Agent

Pay: $16.50 per hour
Schedule: 2–3 shifts per week | Part-Time

Looking for a part-time job with a flexible schedule? We are seeking a friendly, dependable Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team for approximately 2–3 shifts per week.

What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be one of the first people our guests interact with and will help create a welcoming experience throughout their stay.

Responsibilities include:

• Checking guests in and out
• Answering phones and assisting with reservations
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest accounts
• Responding to guest questions and requests
• Assisting with guest concerns and finding solutions when needed
• Communicating with housekeeping and maintenance regarding room and guest needs
• Keeping the front desk and lobby organized
• Completing basic front desk paperwork and shift responsibilities
• Communicating important information to the next shift and management

Schedule

This position is approximately 2–3 shifts per week.

Shifts may include:

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Applicants should have availability for a combination of morning and evening shifts. Weekend availability is required. Additional shifts may occasionally be available for vacations, call-offs, holidays, and high-occupancy periods.
