Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using multi-line phone systems and front desk software
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a positive experience
• Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, verifying transactions, updating records, and balancing daily revenue reports
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining clear communication with guests and staff
• Answer incoming calls promptly using proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate departments or personnel
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring guest access, ensuring safety procedures are followed during night shifts
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options to enhance guest satisfaction

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse range of guests effectively
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor and excellent communication abilities
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk technology is advantageous
