We’re a small, close-knit team passionate about creating an unforgettable experience for our guests—and we’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Breakfast Server to join us!

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the beauty and comfort of our inn while ensuring our guests feel right at home. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Housekeeping Duties:
• Clean and refresh our 10 guest rooms, Carriage House, and common areas with care and precision. This includes making beds, replenishing towels and amenities, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, ironing, and trash removal.
• Plan your time to service occupied rooms while guests are out, ensuring rooms are ready for check-in.
• Breakfast Service:
• Set and clear tables, serve breakfast and coffee, and attend to guests’ needs during the morning service.
• Team Support:
• Pitch in wherever the team needs a hand to keep operations running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

If you’re a hardworking individual with a passion for hospitality, we’d love to hear from you! Here’s what we’re seeking in our ideal candidate:

• Experience: At least 1 year of housekeeping experience, ideally in a luxury hotel, inn, or bed and breakfast.
• Attention to Detail: You take pride in your work and have a sharp eye for cleanliness and organization.
• Guest-Focused: A warm, professional manner that makes every guest feel welcome.
• Dependability: You show up as scheduled and communicate any time-off needs in advance.
• Physical Capability: Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 25 pounds.

Schedule and Pay

• Part-time role: 3-4 days per week, approximately 15-20 hours.
• Shifts fall between 8:30 am and 2:00 pm, with weekends and occasional holidays required.
• Starting pay: $17 per hour plus tips, with a performance review and potential increase after 30 days.
