Part Time Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning and custodial teams in delivering exceptional cleanliness and hospitality standards. In this role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure all areas meet rigorous cleanliness protocols, and motivate your team to maintain a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to verify cleanliness, safety, and adherence to brand standards
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hospitality best practices
• Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens, placing orders as needed to maintain operational flow
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the housekeeping department

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry or similar environment
• Strong background in cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning, and janitorial services
• Knowledge of hospitality operations combined with custodial experience in hotel or large-scale facilities
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, safety procedures, and inventory management systems
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
