Position Summary

Cimarron Golf Resort is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Part-Time Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our resort facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and helps provide a clean, welcoming environment for our guests and employees.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

General Cleaning & Housekeeping

• Clean and sanitize clubhouse facilities, offices, common areas, and guest restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout designated areas.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, counters, windowsills, doors, and other surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the property.
• Clean mirrors, windows, and glass doors as needed.
• Restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.

Restaurant & Event Areas

• Maintain cleanliness of the On The Rocks restaurant's designated common areas and restrooms.
• Clean and organize event spaces before and after scheduled functions.
• Assist with cleaning patios, outdoor seating areas, and guest gathering spaces.
• Ensure tables, chairs, and surrounding areas are clean and presentable.

Facility Maintenance & Organization

• Keep housekeeping closets, cleaning supplies, and equipment clean and organized.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Follow proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with additional cleaning projects and seasonal deep cleaning as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist other departments when needed.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout assigned shifts.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments, including warm desert temperatures.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position with hours based on operational needs. Scheduling may include early mornings, weekends, holidays, and occasional special events.
