Part-Time Human Resources Assistant

• Start date: Immediate

• Duration: 4-8 hours per week, 1-year contract with possibility of renewal

• Contract type: Independent contractor

• Location: Remote; Eastern Time Zone required; Orlando, Florida preferred

• Compensation: $25 per hour

As Part-Time Human Resources Assistant at Migrant Clinicians Network, you will support the daily management of human resources operations; respond to staff inquiries; and support the design and implementation and of diverse human activities.

Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of HR processes

• Build BambooHR infrastructure

• Organize and maintain HR data management

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding

• Support and coordinate HR finance processes (e.g., payroll, 401k and benefits administration)

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Skills/Abilities

• Proficiency in BambooHR

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong decision-making, discretion and communication skills

• Familiarity with US employment laws and regulations, preferred

• Fluent in English and Spanish, preferred

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, preferred
• Two years experience, preferred
