Part Time Human Resources Intern (6-Month Renewable Contract)

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of a Human Resources Intern to be part of LOEWE, a fast-growing brand under LVMH Fashion Group.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support full employee cycle of LOEWE HK & MO frontline employees, from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding
• Work closely with Retail Operations on matters such as payroll administration
• Liaise closely with C&B Shared Services team to ensure prompt submissions of payroll documents
• Recommend and execute staff engagement activities
• Communicate with employees on HR policies
• Ensure data accuracy in HRIS
• Assist to prepare reports as required
• Execute HR projects which may be assigned from time to time

Key Requirements

• Fresh graduate in Human Resources or relevant disciplines / with related internship experience from luxury fashion and retail industry
• Detail oriented, proactive, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate effectively with employees, both at retail and office environment
• Fluent in English & Cantonese
• Able to work 3 days per week is highly preferable
