Part-time Intern

Interns will be assigned to designated business departments to assist with daily operations and administrative tasks.

Job Responsibility:

• Mainly Assist the department with daily operational tasks and workflows, such as handle administrative tasks (data entry, data generation & analysis)
• Conducting research/report
• Drafting documents and reviewing proposal in English/Chinese
• Candidates with a technical education background may be assigned to support the technical department with data management and processing tasks.
• Liaising with other departments
• Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Skills & Requirements:

• Able to work at least 2 full day (9:00AM - 6:00PM) per week
• Good command of written Chinese & English
• Fields of study : Any discipline
• Education level (pursuing / obtained) : Bachelor Degree

Other Requirements

• Meticulous and work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office & written Chinese
