Your role:

• Designing and delivering fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities that spark curiosity and imagination
• Leading your nursery room with confidence, ensuring every child is safe, happy, and thriving
• Creating a warm, supportive environment where children can explore, learn, and grow
• Building strong partnerships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and involved
• Observing, assessing, and celebrating each child’s progress and milestones
• Inspiring and supporting your team to create a positive, collaborative atmosphere
• Ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and wellbeing are always maintained
