Part Time Key Holder

Overview

Aylmer Pharmacy is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder/supervisor to lead our retail environment! In this energetic role, you will support store operations, assist customers, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. As a Key Holder, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a vibrant, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities

• Open and close the store securely, ensuring all safety protocols are followed
• Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and purchases, including technology sales and upselling opportunities
• Manage cash register operations, including cashiering and cash handling
• Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stock levels to attract shoppers
• Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions promptly and courteously
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales environments is advantageous
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer interaction capabilities
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills for transactions
• Excellent organizational skills with time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience in merchandising, upselling, and promoting products to maximize sales opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Weekends and evening availability is a must!

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
