WE’RE HIRING – PART-TIME KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Asam Pedas & Nasi Lemak Station

• Location: Yunus Cafe, Kampung Morten, Melaka
• Working Hours: 5:30 PM – 1:00 AM
• Rate: RM9.00/hour

Job Description:

• Handle Nasi Lemak plating and food presentation.

• Fry chicken according to the restaurant’s standard.

• Prepare and heat up Asam Pedas using pre-prepared gravy.

• Ensure food portions and presentation are consistent.

• Prepare ingredients and keep the workstation ready for service.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstation.

• Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs.

• Assist with other kitchen duties when required.

Requirements:

• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.

• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Able to follow instructions and work as a team.

• Kitchen experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

Pay: From RM9.00 per hour
