职位简介 / Role Summary

岗位 / Position: 兼职后厨员工 / Part-Time Kitchen Crew

按排班支援称量备料、简单生产、清洗、卫生及后厨搬运。 / Support weighing and preparation, simple production, stewarding, hygiene and stock movement according to the roster.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 按标准称量、准备及整理原料 / Weigh, prepare and organise ingredients according to standards
• 协助简单面包或西点生产工作 / Support simple bakery or pastry production tasks
• 清洗烤盘、器具和生产工具 / Wash trays, utensils and production tools
• 保持工位、后厨和洗涤区整洁 / Keep stations, kitchen and wash-up areas clean
• 遵守食品安全、化学品及设备安全程序 / Follow food safety, chemical and equipment procedures

任职要求 / Requirements

• 工作经验 / Experience: 有烘焙、中央厨房、食品生产、备料或洗碗经验者优先;无相关经验者可培训。 / Bakery, central-kitchen, food-production, preparation or stewarding experience is preferred; training can be provided.
• 学历 / Education: No Formal Qualification / 无学历要求
• 沟通能力 / Communication: 能够清楚理解工作指令、安全要求及交接事项,并及时报告异常。 / Able to understand work instructions, safety requirements and handover matters clearly, and report issues promptly.
• 其他要求 / Other Requirements: 能早班、久站、搬运原料,并可在周末、公共假日或高峰时段工作。 / Able to work early shifts, stand for long periods, handle ingredients and work weekends, public holidays or peak periods.
• 核心技能 / Key Skills: 称量、备料、简单生产、清洗、食品安全、团队协作 / Weighing, preparation, simple production, stewarding, food safety, teamwork
