About Con Cariño

Con Cariño is a Mexican-inspired café in Semlalia, Marrakech. We combine quality coffee, fresh food, and vibrant Mexican flavours to create a welcoming space for our customers.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen team during the evening and night shift.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare plates and arrange food before serving.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients and keep them organized.
• Wash dishes, plates, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
• Clean kitchen surfaces, workstations, and floors.
• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and hygienic throughout the shift.
• Help with closing duties and ensure the kitchen is ready for the next day.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not essential.
• Must be available to work evening and night shifts.
• Hardworking, reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Able to work quickly and follow instructions.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail.
• Speaking English is strongly recommended.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
