Responsibilities

• Carry out washing-up duties, including cleaning cups, plates, cutlery and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and hygienic kitchen and washing-up area.
• Ensure clean dishes and utensils are ready for use during busy service periods.
• Dispose of waste properly and manage recycling procedures in accordance with health regulations
• Ensure all cleaning schedules are followed diligently to keep the kitchen spotless at all times.

Skills

• Experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene practices and safety protocols
• Previous experience working in hotels or restaurants enhances your ability to adapt quickly
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues
• Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining attention to detail
