- General
- Passionate about our products & brand to provide excellence Customer Service at all times whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to drive commercial success.
- Product
- Support to maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management & replenishment
- Support in all merchandise related processes (e.g. deliveries & returns)
- Support in all stock take & cycle counts related processes
Requirements :-
- Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience is required along with an excellent understanding of premium fashion industry
- Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
- Willingness to constantly learn & develop
- High cultural knowledge & awareness
- Perceptive of customer needs
