Part-Time Lead/Sales Coordinator

About the Position

Lakeside Landscapes is seeking an organized, motivated, customer-focused Lead / Sales Coordinator to manage prospective customers from initial inquiry through estimating, proposal preparation, follow-up, and sale. This is a hybrid sales and administrative position with an hourly base wage plus sales commission.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new customer inquiries and sales leads
• Communicate professionally with prospective and existing customers
• Schedule and conduct site visits as assigned
• Take measurements, photographs, and detailed project notes
• Research materials, labor, equipment, and project requirements
• Prepare estimates and professional customer proposals
• Follow up on pending estimates and proposals
• Maintain organized lead, customer, and sales-pipeline records
• Track pending, accepted, and declined proposals
• Coordinate and hand off sold projects with the operations/administrative team
• Identify appropriate opportunities for repeat business and referrals
• Follow company pricing, estimating, and profitability guidelines

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Excellent organization and follow-through
• Confidence communicating by phone, email, text, and in person
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn estimating/proposal software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Must have a driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to customer properties as required
• Landscaping, construction, estimating, customer service, or sales experience preferred

Compensation

Base hourly wage: $18.00-$21.00/hour, based on experience. This position is also eligible for sales commission under Lakeside Landscapes' written commission compensation plan. The proposed starting commission is 3% of qualifying collected sales. Additional performance incentives may be available for exceeding established sales goals. Potential raise at the 90 day review.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
