LV Property Management, LLC is looking for an outgoing, organized, and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join our apartment community in Mishawaka, Indiana. You’ll be one of the first people prospective residents meet, so we’re looking for someone who can create a great first impression and an even better resident experience.

Mishawaka, IN | $17–$19/hour | 20–25 hours/week including Saturday

What You’ll Do

• Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging apartment and community tours
• Guide prospects through the leasing process, from first inquiry through move-in
• Follow up with leads and help turn tours into new leases
• Build positive relationships with current residents and assist with renewals
• Help with resident events, marketing, and community outreach
• Maintain accurate leasing paperwork, resident records, and office files
• Support the Property Manager and team with day-to-day office needs

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of customer service, sales, office, hospitality, or related experience preferred
• Previous apartment leasing experience is a plus
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with new people
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
