Part Time Legal Process Server

Duties:

• Serve legal documents to individuals involved in court cases
• Ensure that documents are delivered in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of all served documents
• Follow all legal requirements and guidelines when serving documents.
• Prepare and organize documents for service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a process server is preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of legal procedures and requirements related to serving legal documents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
