We're looking for enthusiastic and caring Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our friendly team at Millman Street Nursery in central London.

What you'll be doing

• Creating a warm, welcoming and stimulating environment where children feel safe and valued.
• Planning and delivering engaging activities based on children's interests and developmental needs.
• Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Observing and celebrating children's achievements and supporting their next steps.
• Working as part of a team to provide high-quality care and education.
• Promoting safeguarding, inclusion and children's wellbeing throughout the day.

What we're looking for

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• A good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Someone who is creative, caring, enthusiastic and enjoys getting involved.
• A positive team player who communicates well with children, families and colleagues.
• Someone who takes pride in creating meaningful learning experiences.

Previous nursery experience is desirable, but we're equally interested in your enthusiasm, attitude and commitment to providing great early years education.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week

Work Location: In person
