UHG is locally & family-owned, operating 8 restaurants in the Greater Grand Rapids area. We are founded on Italian family values and strive to save a place for everyone at our table.

Faro Uccello, Founder of UHG, opened the first Uccello’s Ristorante in 1996. Since then, Uccello's has grown into 6 successful locations and has become a staple in the West Michigan community. We didn't want to stop there... In 2016,we launched our fast-casual concept, Herb & Fire Pizzeria, and have since opened a second location.

With our continuous growth, we are looking for passionate, dedicated and experienced individuals who are interested in developing their Culinary and Hospitality careers.

The successful applicant will have:

• Previous experience working in a high volume kitchen
• Availability on weekends (mandatory)
• Flexible scheduling
• 1+ years of cooking experience
• Be able to excel in a guest and team-oriented environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
