Our firm represents individuals and businesses in a variety of legal matters, including civil litigation, commercial disputes, business law, contract matters, and personal injury.
We are seeking an attorney with strong legal writing and litigation skills, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage assigned matters while collaborating with our legal team.
This opportunity is particularly well-suited for an attorney who maintains their own law practice and is looking to supplement their existing caseload and income while enjoying a flexible work arrangement.
Position Overview
The selected attorney will work approximately 20–25 hours per week on a part-time basis, with the potential for additional hours and expanded responsibilities as the firm's needs evolve.
The position requires in-office work at our Clark, New Jersey location for the first 30 days to become familiar with the firm's procedures, case management systems, clients, and active matters.
Following the initial 30-day period, the attorney will transition to a hybrid work arrangement, subject to satisfactory performance, case responsibilities, and firm needs.
We are seeking someone who can contribute immediately, handle substantive litigation assignments, and demonstrate initiative, accountability, and efficiency.

- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials as appropriate.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other parties.
- Assist in developing litigation strategies and evaluating potential legal claims and defenses.
- Ensure compliance with court rules, filing requirements, and litigation deadlines.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation using the firm's case management system.
- Collaborate with the managing attorney and legal support staff to ensure matters are handled efficiently and professionally.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality legal work.
- Professionalism, reliability, and sound legal judgment.
- Availability to work approximately 20–25 hours per week, including in-office attendance during the first month.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling commercial litigation, business disputes, and contract-related matters.
- Personal injury litigation experience is a plus.
- Experience appearing in New Jersey courts and arguing motions.
- Experience conducting depositions, participating in mediations, and negotiating settlements.
