Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time Attorney licensed in Texas to join our team. This part time role requires working in-person with remote work permitted at times.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
• Prepare pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents
• Manage case files and review documents
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with team members to achieve client goals

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas (Required)
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Availability to work in-person at our Woodlands or Magnolia office
