Position: Part time Live Host

Salary: start from RM25/hour (can negotiate during interview session) + commission up to 8%

Working Hours: Min 9 hours per week

Live Hosting & Sales Engagement

• Host daily live streaming sessions on platforms such as Shopee Live and TikTok Live.
• Showcase and promote Riwei footwear/school accessories collections, by explaining features, comfort, pricing, and promotions in an engaging and professional way.
• Interact actively with viewers — answer questions, respond to comments, and build rapport to encourage sales.
• Maintain a confident, friendly, and energetic on-camera personality.
• Apply creative and effective selling techniques to boost audience engagement and sales conversions.

Product & Market Knowledge

• Learn and understand Riwei’s footwear/school accessories collections, materials, key selling points, and ongoing promotions.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors’ live-selling strategies, and trending content formats.
• Participate in product training and internal meetings to improve product knowledge and presentation skills.

Performance Tracking & Content Improvement

• Monitor live session results, audience engagement, and sales performance.
• Collect and report customer feedback or trending requests to improve future live sessions.
• Share creative ideas with the team to enhance live presentation, content flow, and promotional effectiveness.
• Participate in regular reviews to discuss progress and performance improvement.

Job Requirements

Comfortable and confident in front of the camera with the ability to engage and entertain audiences.

Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, and English (preferred for wider audience reach).

Experience in live hosting, sales, or social media content creation is a plus.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive selling skills.

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Instagram) is a bonus.

Must be punctual and reliable.
