Part Time Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Handle sales orders from order receipt to completion, including invoicing and payment follow-up.
• Communicate with buyers, clients and suppliers via email.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure orders are released accurately.
• Maintain records of sales, payments and orders.
• Conduct stock reconciliation with warehouse records and website listings every six months.
• Check and follow up on any stock discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Organised, detail-oriented and responsible.
• Good communication and email skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales, invoicing and inventory management.
• Able to work independently.
• Experience in sales/logistics/admin is an advantage.

Pay: RM300.00 - RM6,092.55 per week
