Part-time LPNs

Join our healthcare team as a Part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through compassionate, expert care. Requirements:

• NJ state tested LPN license or multi-state license
• Able to work every other weekend on assigned shift, with the option pick up additional shifts through our app

Duties

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to inform care plans.
• Administer medications and injections accurately following physician orders while adhering to HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies.
• Support patients with activities of daily living such as tube feeding
• Document patient care activities thoroughly using Point Click Care to ensure all medical records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop discharge planning strategies and coordinate long-term care services.
• Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care strategies and behavioral health support.

Experience

• Valid LPN license with current state licensure required; prior experience in subacute, med surg, and long term care is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of infection control practices, medication administration protocols—including injections—and basic life support (BLS) certification.

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16.0 per week
