Part Time Maintenance & Grounds Worker

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Maintenance & Grounds Worker to help maintain our buildings, grounds, equipment, and outdoor areas. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently, and is comfortable performing a variety of general maintenance and groundskeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and property maintenance
• Maintain lawns, landscaping, flower beds, and outdoor areas
• Mow, trim, weed, rake, and perform seasonal grounds maintenance
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed
• Assist with painting, basic carpentry, plumbing, and other general repairs
• Maintain and organize maintenance tools and equipment
• Assist with snow and ice removal during winter months, as needed
• Inspect property and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Set up and clean up areas for events or activities
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, landscaping, groundskeeping, or related experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
