Overview
Residential community in Yaphank is looking for a skilled part-time handyman to help maintain the community and keep the property running smoothly for the residents. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable with residential communities.
Responsibilities
- Experience - Proven basic handyman or residential maintenance experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work on ladders
- Must have a working knowledge of irrigation
- Must have vinyl siding knowledge
- Must have a valid NYS driver's license
- Communication: Friendly, professional attitude when interacting with residents, management, contractors, and the Board
- Reliability: Dependable with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Holiday pay: Only if holiday falls on a scheduled workday.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1.0 – 25.0 per week
Work Location: In person
