background: white"· Troubleshoots issues and determine necessary repairs in conjunction with Community Manager and Regional Manager./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size: 16px;font-family: "Noto Sans",sans-serif;color: #424242; background: white"· Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance with approval from Community Manager/Regional Manager./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size: 16px;font-family: "Noto Sans",sans-serif;color: #424242; background: white"· Maintain the ground of assigned property by performing essential landscaping duties such as cutting grass and snow removal./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size: 16px;font-family: "Noto Sans",sans-serif;color: #424242; background: white"· Ensure common and public areas, such as sidewalks, are always clear of trash and foliage./span/p p class="msonormal" style=""span class="" style="font-size: 16px;font-family: "Noto Sans",sans-serif;color: #424242;
