Part-Time Manager

Souper Twist is looking for a Part-Time Manager who knows how to work hard, lead a team, and have a little fun while doing it!

We’re looking for someone with fast-food/quick-service experience AND previous management experience who can take charge when needed while also jumping in and working right alongside the team.

This isn’t a sit-in-the-office kind of management position. We need someone who can lead from the front, keep things moving during a rush, and help create a positive environment for both our employees and customers.

• Previous management or supervisory experience
• A dependable, positive attitude
• Strong communication and people skills
• Someone who can lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Ability to stay organized and calm when things get busy
• Willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Great customer service skills

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting the team during your shifts
• Training and helping develop employees
• Keeping service running smoothly and efficiently
• Making sure customers receive great food and great service
• Helping with opening and closing duties
• Handling cash and other daily responsibilities
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment

The Schedule

This is a part-time position with flexible hours. We’re looking for someone who wants responsibility without necessarily needing a traditional full-time management schedule.
