Part-Time Cleaning Company Manager

We are seeking a reliable, organized Part-Time Manager to help oversee the daily operations of a residential and commercial cleaning company.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cleaning schedules and team members
• Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and follow-ups
• Track jobs, employee hours, and company operations
• Assist with quality control and customer satisfaction
• Use QuickBooks and Jobber for bookkeeping and scheduling

Requirements:

• Experience in office administration, management, or the cleaning industry is an asset
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Jobber, or the ability to quickly learn new software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Flexible availability

This position will start part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the company grows.

Pay: $23.00-$138,986.53 per hour
