Part-Time Marketing Coordinator

Illinois Behavioral Health Group (IBHG) is a thriving behavioral health practice seeking an energetic, highly organized, and personable Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to help coordinate and execute our marketing and community outreach initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing multiple projects, and finding creative ways to increase awareness of our services. Because this position involves representing IBHG to referral sources, community partners, and other professionals, we are looking for someone who is exceptionally friendly, outgoing, polished, and comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships.

The ideal candidate is also highly organized, proactive, technologically savvy, and skilled in using AI tools to improve efficiency, organize projects, develop content, conduct research, and support marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute ongoing marketing and outreach initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, schools, therapists, community organizations, and other referral sources
• Conduct outreach by phone, email, and in person
• Represent IBHG professionally at community and networking events
• Coordinate distribution of marketing materials and referral information
• Help identify new referral and community partnership opportunities
• Maintain organized tracking systems for outreach efforts, contacts, follow-ups, and results
• Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, flyers, social media, and other marketing communications
• Use AI tools to assist with content development, research, organization, project management, and marketing workflows
• Coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously and ensure follow-up and completion
• Collaborate with practice leadership on new marketing initiatives and growth opportunities
• Track marketing activities and help evaluate which initiatives are generating engagement and referrals

Position Details

• Part-time, approximately 10am-3pm Monday through Thursday
• Combination of independent marketing work and community-facing outreach
• Some local travel and attendance at community or networking events may be required
• Opportunity to help shape and grow IBHG's marketing and outreach strategy

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
