Part-Time Medical Assistant

Neurology Diagnostics is seeking a reliable and adaptable Part-Time Medical Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in both front desk operations and clinical support, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Schedule

• Part-time: 4 days per week M-Thursday
• Day shift (no evenings or weekends)

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients at the front desk
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
• Verify insurance and collect patient information
• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Assist providers with patient care and documentation
• Maintain clean and organized exam rooms
• Support both administrative and clinical workflows as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant preferred
• Must be comfortable working both front desk and clinical roles
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
