Part-Time Medspa Receptionist / Client Experience Coordinator

Genesis Wellness & Aesthetics is seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized part-time receptionist to join our growing aesthetics and wellness practice.

The ideal candidate is warm, dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating an exceptional client experience. This is a hands-on role that combines front-desk hospitality, client communication, and support of daily medspa operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide an elevated check-in and check-out experience
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and client inquiries
• Answer phones and assist with converting inquiries into appointments
• Process payments and assist with client rebooking
• Educate clients on services, promotions, memberships, and products
• Support social media and client engagement
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Assist with general housekeeping, laundry, linens, and trash
• Restock treatment rooms, retail products, and supplies
• Assist with opening, closing, and general administrative duties

Qualifications

• Previous medspa, medical office, beauty, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with computers and scheduling software
• Dependable, proactive, and able to multitask
• Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required
• Evening and weekend availability required

Compensation & Schedule

• $17–$20 per hour, based on experience
• Part-time with weekends required
• Potential for additional hours as the practice grows
