A Schedule Designed Around Balance

This part-time position is scheduled three days per week:

• Wednesdays: 10 AM-2 PM
• Thursdays: 8:45 AM-5:15 PM
• Fridays: 10 AM-2 PM

The expected schedule averages approximately 16 hours per week, making this a great opportunity for someone seeking meaningful work with a more limited weekly commitment. You may have the option to pick up additional hours as well if someone calls in sick or has schedule PTO.

What You'll Do

As a Member Service Representative (MSR), you'll be one of the friendly faces and helpful voices our members count on. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, official checks, money orders, and wire transfers.
• Opening new accounts, assisting with account maintenance, and closing accounts as needed.
• Answering member questions and helping resolve account-related needs.
• Identifying and recommending credit union products and services that may benefit our members.
• Following established procedures and applicable regulations to protect our members and the credit union.
• Providing accurate, professional, and welcoming service with every interaction.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in someone who is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service.

Required qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic cash-handling experience.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to learn and follow established procedures and financial regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous banking or credit union experience.
• Bilingual communication skills.

Previous financial institution experience is a plus, but we're also interested in candidates with transferable customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
