A to B Motorcoach, a leading provider of safe and reliable transportation in the Mountain West, is seeking an experienced Part-Time Motorcoach Operator to join our team.

As a Motorcoach Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers enjoy a safe, comfortable, and stress-free travel experience. This position is ideal for an experienced professional looking for a Thursday–Sunday schedule with a company that values safety, customer service, and employee satisfaction.

Schedule

• Part-time
• Friday–Sunday or Thursday-Sunday
• Schedule may include daytime and evening hours, depending on assigned trips
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required

Responsibilities

• Operate a motorcoach on assigned routes, following all applicable state and federal regulations for passenger transportation.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times.
• Assist passengers with luggage and provide information on destinations, routes, and amenities.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing A to B Motorcoach in a positive and customer-focused manner.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections of the motorcoach to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
• Keep accurate records of daily activities, including driving hours, trip information, inspections, and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Maintain a clean and organized motorcoach, including the driver's area.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, passengers, and company personnel.
• Report any safety concerns, vehicle issues, or maintenance needs promptly.
• Follow all company policies and procedures with a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
• Clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a motorcoach operator.
• Ability to work a flexible Thursday–Sunday schedule, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet all applicable DOT and company requirements.
