Part time nanny

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part-Time Nanny to provide compassionate childcare and support in a private home setting. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with toddlers, our child is a one year old who is still not walking. As a nanny, you will play a vital role in nurturing, engaging, and ensuring the safety of our child while assisting with daily routines, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and loving care to a toddler
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and nap times.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs.
• Engage children in educational activities, playtime, arts and crafts, and outdoor adventures to promote development.
• Maintain a safe environment by supervising children at all times and implementing safety protocols.
• Perform light household tasks related to childcare such as cleaning up after children and organizing toys or supplies.

Skills

• Proven experience working with children.
• Knowledge of childcare best practices
• Certification in First Aid and CPR to ensure children's safety during emergencies.
• Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks such as residential cleaning related to childcare and household organization.
• Skilled in meal preparation for children with attention to nutritional requirements.
• Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, creativity, and positive communication.
