Duties

• Conduct nightly financial audits using property management systems (PMS) such as Choice Advantage to reconcile daily transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during late hours, providing friendly and professional customer service via phone and in person.
• Monitor security cameras and perform property inspections to uphold safety standards and hotel emergency procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide exceptional guest services to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping for management review.
• Manage front desk operations including reservation updates, guest requests, and communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Maintain compliance with hotel policies, safety protocols, and hospitality regulations to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and property management systems (PMS), especially Choice Advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
• Experience with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and front desk operations.
• Proficiency in phone communication etiquette, including handling reservations and client inquiries professionally.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with resort environments or hotel experience enhances your ability to deliver top-tier guest experiences.
