Night Audit Agent

We are seeking a Full Time & Part Time Night Auditor to become a part of our team! You will accommodate guests, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. Your shift hours will be 11 pm - 7 am!!!

Responsibilities:

• Register and assign rooms to guests

• Confirm phone and online reservations

• Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints

• Collect payment from departing guests

• Keep records of occupied rooms and guests

• Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments

• Take action by showing initiative, taking ownership and going the extra mile

• Routinely monitor work area and surrounding lobby area to maintain a professional, clean, inviting space

• Comply will all safety policies practices and procedures and report any unsafe activities or conditions immediately to supervisor

• Must be honest, reliable and prompt in assisting guest through daily contact.

• Get ready by taking notice and using your knowledge so that you are prepared for anything.

• Be you by being natural, Professional and personable in the way you are with people.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Hotel and or as a night auditor, front desk service, or other related fields

• Ability to build rapport with guests

• Strong organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Requirements:

• Must be able to work on weekends and some holidays

• Dependable transportation

• Computer skills are recommended

• Preferred to have 1 year or more of Hotel Front Desk Experience

$250 Bonus after 120 days of satisfactory completion.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
