Position Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance.
• Greet each guest warmly upon arrival and proactively offer assistance.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence at the front desk at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with the Front Desk team to achieve business goals.
• Register guests, assign rooms, verify payment, and manage reservations via the Property Management System (PMS).
• Handle guest folios, payments, and cash transactions accurately.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Perform safety and security checks throughout the shift, ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and property.
• Complete operational paperwork, cash control forms, and marketplace sales accurately and on time.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, supervisors, and other departments, both verbally and in writing.
• Assist with breakfast preparation, setup, and cleanup as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including mopping, dusting, sweeping, and glass cleaning in public areas.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces, and assist with laundry when necessary.
• Take immediate and appropriate action to resolve guest issues, following Comfort Service standards, and report all incidents to management.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in training.
• Complete Choice University training within the first 30 days of employment.
• Document and communicate important shift information using computer logs, written records, and verbal updates.

Requirements

• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Availability to work 9 pm - 7am
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
