Part-Time Non-Voice Chat Support Representative (Cebu Onsite)

We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused Part-Time Non-Voice Chat Support Representatives to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Content Moderation, Non-Voice Support, Live Chat, Social Media Support, or Online Customer Engagement who are comfortable communicating with customers through written channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and other non-voice channels.
• Provide clear, professional, accurate, and timely responses.
• Maintain excellent grammar, spelling, and written communication.
• Handle multiple chat conversations efficiently.
• Review and understand customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance.
• Follow company guidelines, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Escalate concerns when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer experience.
• Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.
• Participate in required training, coaching, and team meetings.
