Part-Time Odoo IT Specialist

WE ARE HIRING – PART-TIME ODOO IT & FINANCE SPECIALIST

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Odoo IT & Finance Specialist to help us set up, configure, and improve our Odoo system according to our business requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both Odoo and Finance, with practical knowledge of business processes and Odoo implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and configure Odoo based on our business requirements
• Support and configure Finance & Accounting, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory modules
• Support the setup of Manufacturing (MRP) and Project Management modules
• Develop and improve workflows between Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Projects
• Set up accounting, reporting, reconciliations, and financial controls
• Review our existing Odoo setup and identify areas for improvement
• Help customize Odoo processes and reports where required
• Ensure accurate integration between operational and financial activities
• Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting
• Help establish a practical and well-organized Odoo system for the business

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo implementation and setup
• Good knowledge of Odoo Finance & Accounting
• Experience with Manufacturing (MRP) and Project Management modules
• Good understanding of accounting and business processes
• IT/system configuration and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical Odoo solutions
• Experience with trading, distribution, manufacturing, or project-based businesses is an advantage

Location: Bahrain
