Seeking only candidates who can commit to a part-time role for the long term.

Our client, a small, friendly and specialist professional services business in Central London, is looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused administrator who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities and handling confidential information, while also being a collaborative and supportive team player.

This is a varied role offering the opportunity to become an integral part of a small, collaborative team. You’ll provide essential administrative support across legal casework and the smooth running of the small serviced office, working closely with colleagues and external clients.

  • Previous administration and office experience, demonstrating competency with MS Office, Excel / Word, mail merges, and using in-house systems such as I-Manage is essential.
  • We’re open to flexible working arrangements to suit the right person, although our preference would be core hours of 10.00–14.30 , 4- 5 days per week. Present in the office Monday-Thurday as a minimum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and sending correspondence by email and post
  • Scanning, filing and uploading documents to internal systems
  • Preparing and compiling document bundles for legal proceedings
  • Assisting with the delivery and collection of court and client documents
  • Digitising and organising large volumes of hard-copy files
  • Coordinating the collection and return of client documents and equipment
  • Preparing monthly client report templates
  • Supporting payment processes, including verification of bank details
  • Managing stationery, post, couriers and document shredding
  • Maintaining office records, including holidays, archives and the staff handbook
  • Liaising with building management, cleaning services and external suppliers
  • Coordinating with the company’s IT provider on day-to-day issues and updates
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

This is a great opportunity to join a small, specialist and growing professional services business where you’ll play an important role in supporting both the team and day-to-day operations. The role offers variety, responsibility and flexibility, with the opportunity to become a valued member of a close-knit team.
